I bake. Endlessly. Always vegan.

Currently studying at Le Cordon Bleu.

In the past I had the opportunity to study at the Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy, Wildslice Academy, and IPEC Hospitality School.​

I specialize in unique vegan celebration cakes, made from scratch in my professional kitchen.

​I have an affinity for Asian ingredients in desserts and also a big fan of using herbs, teas, and floral notes in my cakes.

You can find my wholesale bakes at the multiple award-winning Sunrise Bakehouse in Burntisland and at The Haberdashery Bistro in Dunfermline
